COLIN SHORE
A guitar vocalist with full backing with music from the 50’s 60’s 70’s & 80’s A good and vast range, right across the board to suit all audiences.
Catering for Hotels, Social clubs, Holiday Parks Lounge & Cruise work, Restaurants and some Pubs.
After performing with several bands Colin has now been established as a solo act and is very experienced with all types of audiences quickly establishing a raport with them.
Using backing tracks of a high quality on mini discs the sound is if not better than some originals covering music from The Shadows Old & New Country, MOR, Rock & Roll and much more.
Colin is also well into the Shadows style of music and now uses either a Burns Marvin or a Fender Stratocaster guitar on stage with a Zoom 508 echo pedal programmed by The Sounds Like The Shadows Echoes all this creates the authentic sounds of The Shadows. Remember those unforgettable tunes
Wonderful Land, Apache, Atlantis, Albatross Theme For Young Lovers, Riders In The Sky and not forgetting non Shadows instrumentals Saturday Night At The Duck Pond & Hit & Miss.
Colin has also shared the stage with the likes of ..…
The Swinging Blue Jeans, Mungo Jerry, Matchbox, The Ivy League, Frank Carson, Ray Alan and also worked for Jimmy Saville at Stoke Mandeville hospital. |
